The problem
FSSAI's rules do not stay still. Labelling formats, health claim requirements, licensing structures, and e-commerce obligations have all changed within the past year, and each change lands on whichever team happens to notice it first. Most food businesses respond to every shift the same way: a scramble, a consultant call, a rushed correction. That approach survives a few cycles. It does not survive at scale.
The operational side carries a quieter version of the same problem. Recipes, ingredient costs, and nutrition data typically live in spreadsheets that never fully sync with each other. A recipe changes and the label does not follow. An ingredient price rises and the margin erodes for months before anyone notices.
What we do
FoodOS360 treats compliance and operations as one system instead of a set of disconnected fixes. LabelOS, NutriOS, and RecipeOS share the same underlying data, so a change in one place reaches every place it needs to. Our food law team works alongside the platform on an ongoing basis, not as a separate call you make after something has already gone wrong.
The goal is straightforward: fewer surprises, less duplicated work, and a system that keeps up with regulation instead of reacting to it.
